BVC-CHAT July races in BCS

This is for Chris Grusendorf.  Sorry to put this out on the chat, but I
can't find your direct e-mail address...

I spoke with Royce Hickman today, the president of the BCS Chamber of
Commerce.  I told him I'd like to get time on his calendar for you to go
visit with him about the races in July.  He understands the situation with
the sports council (or whoever) is not very supportive of many things right
now.  I told him that we would appreciate him hearing about all the positive
impact issues this event could bring to our area, and receive feedback from
him about how to optimize the support for it.

I also know (sort of) the president of the Economic Development Council for
this area.  After we talk to Mr.Hickman, maybe talking to Roland Mower would
be a good idea too.

If you are interested in visiting with Royce, let me know some times that
are convenient for you and I'll get on his calendar.
