BVC-CHAT Fwd: Roelof's Memorial Service

I propose BVC send a $100 donation to the International Students Inc
in Roelof's name.  There's also some behind the scenes work
being done on a cycling shadowbox type thing for the Memorial. 
This will take some petty cash.  I also propose that BVC be willing
to reimburse any incidental expenses from this if requested by
the folks putting it together.  (I am one -- full disclosure).

Roelof and I came to the US as International students. ISI played a very
important role in my life. We both continue to share our home with other
internationals like ourselves and now Roelof would like to give back and
