Dear 2004 B-CS Holiday Parade Participant,
 
Just a reminder that tomorrow (11/23) is the mandatory lineup meeting.
 
It will begin at 7pm and is being held at the College Station Conference
Center on George Bush Dr.  Some one from your entry needs to attend.
 
Also, if you have not provided proof of insurance, you MUST bring a COPY of
your insurance to the meeting for our records.
 
We would like to thank you for participating in this years holiday
parade.   If you have any questions, please feel free to ask a committee
member tomorrow night.
