BVC-CHAT Jerseys/Jersey Committee

With regards to jerseys, there was much discussion last week, and
concerns raised about what is being created.  I would like to hear
some commentary from Layne on where the jersey design is going and
what is the vision for the finished product.  In short, I would really
like to alleviate the concerns.  Layne, don't feel pressed to reply
today, but, after the long weekend, I would like a reply.  Thanks.
