Great prizes for the top racers and we'll have a raffle for everyone
else.

We are going three deep for top male and female.   1st place prize will
be a FREE diagnostic Test from University Sports Medicine. The test
includes VO2 Max Testing, Lactic threshold, Max Heart Rate.  This is
valuable info. for any athlete and Dr. Christopher Miars has donated a
test for the 1st place male and female.  2nd and 3rd place will also
receive some great prizes.  Then I've got a few things to raffle out.
Come out and have some fun! This will be our last Monday Night Duathlon
of the summer.  It will be this coming Monday at 6:30pm.  We are going
to have a Pizza Party afterward at my place and EVERYONE is invited.
I've give out directions to those who are interested.

It would be great to have everyone who has raced come back for the final
event.  We'll have some nice prizes for the top three places Male and
Female and the Pizza Party.

Remember this is a free event and all we hope to gain is joining
together a fun athletic group of folks out for a great competitive
workout.

Anyone is welcome and you're also welcome to do only one part of the
race.  We'll time it and post the results at www.powerpedal.com
