It wasn't exactly Hotter'n Hell on Saturday. The temperature was 76F
when we went through Burkburnett (about halfway), and 88F when we finished
the century at 1:15pm. Even most of the wind was at our back, helping
us to keep our average at 20.0mph.
The poor ladies in the First Aid tent were so bored that when I asked
for help in stretching out my cramping hamstings, I was besieged upon
by 5 women, one to stretch me, one to take my blood pressure, one to
ask me questions, and two to place wet towels all over me. Jean Marie
stood by, looking quite amused. :-)

Sorry to hear that you're riding slower these days. :-p
