I'm no expert here, but something tells me that if converting TIFF
to vector was easy, it'd be done already by VOmax -- if this can
be done off of Kenshi's software, I think he needs to do it.

Expert information, though, or assistance would be welcome.

Not to assign blame here, there are two "bads" or maybe
"less than goods" at work here.  If VOmax had better templating
information, the TIFF would be fine, and if we had vector art, the
templating being a bit off would be fine.  

Meanwhile, my forehead is getting bruised from getting beaten
against the wall, so I'm hoping all gets resolved one way or another
SOON.
