My message was posted to BVC.  1) are you subscribed?  2) is that the
archive you checked?

BVC is for announcements, and since the post was primarily about our
Feb meeting and some associated club business,
that is where I sent it.  BVC gets a lot less traffic than
BVC-chat (2 emails a week or so), and only a few (e.g. club officers)
are unmoderated on BVC.  Anyone who is subscribed can post, only most
posts get sent to the moderator before they are released to the rest
of the club.

Most folks should be subscribed to **both** BVC and BVC-chat.
