BVC-CHAT biking & OUR city -- Make that "OUR CITIES"

I know that relevant meetings and the like are announced regularly on
the BVC list, but do we have any mechanisms in place to *ensure* that
such meetings (in both Bryan (where I now live) and CS) are announced?

Right, a strong advocate.

Scott is still a regular bike commuter and at one time was a serious
road racer.  (I think he was a Cat 3, which would have put him in the
ranks of our fastest local guys.)
