I call B.S. on this.  Even if the wheel is badly out of true, this
cannot have much, if any, of an effect on the ease of removing the
tire.  As someone who has owned a badly tensioned factory built wheel,
I can even attest that in my personal experience that the tire had a
much greater affect on ease of removal than the spokes ever did.
