legal matters including a proposed land swap Carter Creek nr Varsity Ford,
possible Hotel/Conference Center, proposed development on NE corner of Fitch
@ Hwy 6.  Note schedule for Council includes Transportation Summit (8/12-15)
and four budget workshops at the end of August.

WED 8/6     7:00     CITY HALL     CITY COUNCIL
Agenda includes: Repair of collapsed storm drain on SW Pkwy nr Dexter;
additional fuel expenditures of $700K due to price rises; speed limit change
on FM60, removal of parking on Cherry, Dartmouth and Park Place; rezonings
on Rock Prairie West; rate increase for curbside recycling.
