I am busy installing wordpress for clients on my server. I would be
glad to offer myself as a resource.

Wordpress allows adding pages as well as blogs, it is quite nice as
far as a content managment software.

The issue on permissions is that it requires a MySQL database to go
with it. Is that set up?
