[BVC-CHAT] 70 miler ROT on Sunday

Anybody want to ride my triathlon training route with me on Sunday? I'd  
love the company.

The ROT (Ride of Truth) is 70 miles looping through Carlos, Navasota,  
Allenfarm, and Millican. I ride it "Ironman style", which means no drafting  
and only stopping for water once and for as brief a time as possible. It's  
also a consistent, even pace, which can be an adventure. If you're  
interested in doing long distance triathlons someday, this can be a good  
training experience. Last week I went at an easy pace and averaged 16.5 mph.

If you're interested in a different kind of challenge on the bike, I leave  
from Castlegate around 6:30 am and pass Pebble Creek around 6:45. Post back  
an email and I'll be looking for you.
