Thanks for passing this information along. I am thankful that Deb was not more seriously injured; although, it sounds like her guardian angel was hard at work. C5 injuries can be life changing to say the least. My prayers are with her.
Hit by a side mirror? I'm wondering if a 3 foot buffer (safe passing law) would have made a difference? I'm so proud of Rick "Gov. Good Hair" Perry for his leadership where the safety of cyclists is involved.
