Riders,
I don't know if you read velonews.com, but they are following a road rage
trial in LA.

It think it is worth following as
it appears that part of the relevant testimony in a conviction (if they get
one) will be previous complaints/charges/behavior
against the defendant.

My point is that if a driver exhibits aggressive/dangerous/inappropriate
behavior and you don't get hurt, it is probably still
important to file a complaint so if the driver hurts someone in the future
and are charged, there is a track record that
makes it work in court - not that I know jack about court.
